Glenn and I are delighted with our new home. The lifestyle that we can see ourselves living in the city will be beautiful, comfortable and luxurious thanks to our brand-new apartment. The community of residents are all so nice and we look forward to getting to know everyone.

We really appreciate the hard work that went into making sure we were in our new home prior to Christmas, thank you to you and your very competent team.

We have just signed a contract to purchase an apartment off the plan at the Walton, Kew. The process from initial enquiry to signing contracts was seamlessly easy taking only a week considering we were only just information gathering with no concrete or immediate plans to downsize.

Sarah from 360 Property Group was an absolute delight, answering questions promptly and generally making it easy for us. Tim the developer was so helpful and very accommodating in helping us navigate through the building plan and sharing experiences with us. We have total confidence in our decision and that the Walton will meet our lifestyle needs due to the expertise and helpfulness from Sarah and Tim.

Thank you so much and we look forward to moving into our new home at the end of next year.

Thank you to the Carpe team for your professionalism and the support you provided to us when we first enquired at Grandview, Brighton. Your input and guidance throughout the sales process was most appreciated. We are delighted with the finished product and are settling nicely into our new home.

Today marks 12 weeks since I moved into Eaglemont apartment and I have to say that it has been a delightful if somewhat daunting experience. Over 90% of the new residents have never lived in an apartment before so quite a significant change in lifestyle but it seems all residents are quickly adjusting to the new environs.

Everything right on hand, no more worries about exterior upkeep etc and the safety of a very secure environment for people and cars, in essence quite spoilt! A very welcome change it would seem for all concerned.

From the initial meeting with the Carpe team through to handover, I am incredibly grateful for such a wonderful experience. Leaving behind a 150-year-old terrace home was made much easier thanks to the personalised features, that I was at liberty to incorporate into my apartment.

The design's focus on natural light is simply glorious, and I’m both comforted and impressed by the quality of the build. Every day, I admire and truly appreciate the attention given to detail and can't wait to experience the ways in which my new home will evolve with the changing seasons.
